Products and orders

Review the selected colour, quantity, product details and delivery address before ordering. Product images show the available style; screen settings can affect colour appearance. If a particular feature, size or compatibility requirement matters to your purchase, contact us for confirmation before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Your checkout shows the order total and applicable delivery charges before you place the order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only when offered for your order and delivery address.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates and shipping eligibility. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 15-day return-request window and item eligibility. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

For an address correction, cancellation request, damaged item or other order issue, email support@icareshop.in with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm what can be arranged for your order.
